Dr. Zaid Fadul is a distinguished physician and healthcare leader with expertise spanning Family Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Aerospace Medicine, and Occupational Health. He currently serves as Chief Medical Officer for Better U, where he designs innovative medical protocols for alternative therapies addressing mental health conditions like PTSD, anxiety, and depression. As CEO of Bespoke Concierge MD, Dr. Fadul integrates Primary Care and Functional Medicine to deliver personalized healthcare solutions, reflecting his commitment to advancing patient care through innovation and leadership.
In addition to his civilian roles, Dr. Fadul is a Flight Surgeon with the U.S. Air Force Reserve, assigned to the 304th Rescue Squadron. He specializes in physical exams and flight clearances for special operations personnel while focusing on operational medicine, occupational health, and wilderness medicine. His leadership includes managing diverse provider networks and ensuring quality control across all stakeholders.
Dr. Fadul's career highlights include serving as Inpatient Medical Director at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Phoenix and Chief Medical Officer at DocDay Health, where he developed virtual primary care programs and comprehensive medical protocols for Oncology. His versatility extends to leadership positions in hospice care, addiction medicine clinics, and hospitalist programs. His global perspective is enriched by medical missions in countries such as Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Tanzania, and Indonesia.
A Harvard alumnus with training in healthcare leadership, Dr. Fadul earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and holds board certifications in Family Practice and Addiction Medicine.
