Dr. Michael Policastro is a distinguished physician and healthcare leader with a multifaceted career spanning emergency medicine, military service, and concierge healthcare. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development and concierge physician at Bespoke Concierge MD, Dr. Policastro brings over two decades of clinical expertise and leadership to the forefront of personalized medicine. His role at Bespoke Concierge MD reflects his commitment to delivering proactive, individualized care that optimizes healthspan, lifespan, and overall performance for clients seeking elite healthcare solutions. Dr. Policastro's medical career is marked by exceptional achievements in emergency medicine and medical toxicology. He completed his medical education at Wright State University School of Medicine, followed by an emergency medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University/MetroHealth/Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he served as Chief Resident. He further specialized in medical toxicology through a fellowship at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Board-certified in both emergency medicine and medical toxicology, Dr. Policastro has held numerous academic positions, including Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and Clinical Instructor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

In addition to his civilian medical career, Dr. Policastro has an impressive record of military service as a Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve. He currently commands the 445th Aeromedical Staging Squadron at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, where he oversees critical care air transport operations and comprehensive medical support for injured service members. His deployments include serving as a Critical Care Air Transport Physician in Qatar during Operation Freedom’s Sentinel/Inherent Resolve and in Djibouti for Operation Enduring Freedom at Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. His leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal and recognition as Field Grade Officer of the Year.
